Willing donors require to fill up the donor pledge form and submit to join the donor register. Registered donor is issued a donor identity card.
The size of this card is 3.5 by 2 inches, just like a regular ATM or credit card, which makes it easy to be kept in wallet or purse. The donor card has name, photo, contact details, sex, blood group, name and contact number of acquaintance, signature and registration number issued by the organization.
